Key Responsibilities

Design and develop LLM-powered systems for expert matching and solicitation intelligence

Manage vector-backed indexes of experts and solicitations, and the associated search algorithms

Define architecture and establish engineering best practices for a growing team

Required Qualifications

Experience with LLMs, LLM orchestration, vector search, and AI-first product development

Proven experience in software development using Python, React, and AWS
