Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager will :
- Assume 24 hour responsibility and accountability for the overall operations of the Endoscopy service line
- Provide the essential connection between the strategic plan / organizational goals and the point of care
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- Current NYS Registered Nursing License / Registration
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current NYS Registered Nursing License / Registration
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association)
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of management skills
Desired Skills :
- Certification in area of specialty, or CNML (Certified Nurse Manager and Leader) preferred but must be obtained within three (3) years of hire into Nurse Manager role
- ACLS certification (through American Heart Association)
