Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for various building projects.
Your expertise will ensure that HVAC systems are efficient, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and size HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Develop detailed HVAC drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Conduct system load calculations and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring they meet design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
- Ensure HVAC designs comply with local codes, standards, and energy efficiency requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proven experience in HVAC system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., Trane Trace, Carrier HAP).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
