- Empower market and product development through creative and influencer marketing methodologies (content understanding labels, creative ecosystem).
- Enhance advertiser ad effectiveness and marketing measurement through collaboration with product teams, R&D, algorithms, and data science.
- Drive the creative process, improving inspiration, production, and diagnostic capabilities for advertising clients via industry research, creative insights, and creator analysis.
- Study creative and creator methodologies, analyzing data correlations, clustering content understanding capabilities, and building relationships between industries, audiences, and creative labels to optimize marketing measurement.
- Develop and implement SOPs, exploring productization opportunities within monetization application scenarios, including AIGC generation and strategy.
- Define creative quality, quantity, and diversity standards, designing GTM strategies to elevate the creative ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or above in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or product operations, with a proven track record of successfully launching GTM plans.
- 3+ years of direct experience with ad delivery systems, creative strategy, or media platform products.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing creative strategies and methodologies that drive innovation and performance across digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in utilizing and developing content understanding labels, categorizing creative content by tone, style, and performance to inform targeted advertising strategies.
- Proven capability in building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Design, and Data Science teams.
- Proficient in data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and apply insights.
- Experience utilizing data-driven feedback loops to optimize creative performance, leveraging analytics and performance data to improve ad effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Strong project management experience, particularly in product design and monetizing data and insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a global business environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with AI, content labeling, and audience targeting strategies.
- Proficiency with creative tools and platforms, such as design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), content management systems, and advertising platforms, with a focus on optimizing content for various digital channels.
