Job Summary
Our client, a premiere association, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support their team for two weeks!
About the Job :
- Accurately update and maintain information in databases.
- Manage and organize both physical and digital files, including preparing forms and scanning documents.
- Sort and categorize paper files, ensuring they are systematically stored in boxes.
- Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned to support the team's operations.
About You :
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative or office support experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 15 lbs.
About the Position :
- Type : Temporary (Two Weeks)
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Location : % On-site in McLean, VA
