Marketing Associate :
We're seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Team and play a pivotal role in leveraging marketing strategies for engaging collateral, branding, and events that connect our investors and advisors to our ecosystem.
This position provides an opportunity to learn every aspect of our business, collaborate with Teams across various cities, manage marketing plans, and produce brand-aligned assets.
Your initiatives, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, will be integral to our Capital Formation and Marketing strategy.
This role serves as a stepping stone to grow within the organization after demonstrating your value, with occasional travel required.
A strong background in marketing is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to the Business Development Team by creating collateral and assisting in managing marketing plans that will accelerate their success.
- Collaborate with various Teams to maintain brand consistency and create appealing marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing and orchestrating the regular update of Firm collateral across all marketing initiatives.
- Design and produce various marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital content.
- Ensure that all design deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Participate in company events and initiatives and manage events, including logistics and vendor coordination.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data presentation design skills, creativity, and experience in marketing collateral creation.
- Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with the confidence to interact effectively with groups.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and event management experience.
Preferred :
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Based in Houston, TX
Compensation Structure :
- Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Bonus opportunities will be tied to effectiveness, measured by a periodic goal-setting process, with the amount of opportunity depending on value-added to the organization and firm profitability.
