REQUIREMENTS : The Membership Advisors primarily responsible for contributing to the following areas : Membership sales Private Coaching sales Merchandise sales Local marketing / lead generation Member retention Cleanliness and maintenance of the studio Professional customer service Strong sales driving pitch Ability to create plan to reach sales goals Research & identify the buyer persona discuss, negotiate, and close on sales agreement Ability to track customer's problems Strong Knowledge about our product along with boxing and general fitness They must possess the following attributes to be successful : Ability to drive revenue at a consistently high level Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desire to service others Above average computer literacy Professional social skills Ability to multi-task Detail oriented Candidates should have a desire to work in the fitness industry, fitness experience preferred but not mandatory.
