Pay : RN $37.00-$41.00 per hour based upon experience
LPN $24.00-$29.00 per hour based upon experience
Shift : Full-Time 6pm-6am (Overnights) - $5,000 sign on bonus for this full-time position

What are my responsibilities?
- Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain / increase elders' physical / mental wellbeing.
- Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
- Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
- Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident's condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
- Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.
What do I need to be considered?
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
- An active RN / LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state).
- Focus on resident care, team player.
