Job Description :

Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Lewisburg, West Virginia with prior OASIS / Medicare Certified Visits experience for contract assignments with a partnering home health agency.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details :

• $1,140 â $1,230 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements :

• Medicare Certified Agency Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current West Virginia Nursing License
• Valid U.S. Driverâs License
