Our Impact :

We are a part of the Single-Family Division Data & Decisions department! Our Customer System Access Team plays an integral role in access provisioning for counterparties and external users to do business with and access the many Freddie Mac Single Family applications.

Business Ownership of Customer & Identity Access (CIAM) applications and support of these systems include operational execution, production support, change management, and risks and controls management.

Your Impact :

As a Data Analyst in Access Management, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting internal and external access datasets to extract valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

The tasks of this role include collaborating closely with multi-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across various business areas.

Understanding of data lineages across multiple counterparty applications to effectively communicate data impacts for upstream and downstream consumers is needed for this role.

Implementing change management activities to support the Tech Lead, including identification of system enhancements, prioritization of defects, and support testing and business validations for deployments.

Providing baseline support including user and counterparty lifecycle management, assisting with customer critical issues, and supporting internal business partners with customer access questions and well as production.

Resolving identified issues, providing impact analysis, and identifying vital updates to prevent future cases. Data and Reporting activities, including driving access management controls, supporting access management data reporting processes, and development and testing for access management tools.

Crafting and handling access policies for all datasets onboarded into Stratus.

Qualifications :

College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies / degree preferred

2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis, change management, reporting, and / or Data Management related projects

Solid Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, SQL, VBA and JSON / XML

Ability to quickly learn new software applications and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes

Familiarity with business requirements, ability to participate in requirements analysis while considering overall impacts from changes from suppliers or consumers brought about by change

An understanding of IT business processes and management objectives

Ability to operate as a self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

Develop procedures, job aids and knowledge articles to help users better understand how to use systems and execute processes

Proactive in nature with business and partner happiness as primary goal with strong presentation, writing and oral communications skills

Nurture and maintain relationships across multiple Single-Family departments, including Operations application or business process

Interact and communicate reliably with key business and IT partners at all levels
