This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating site activities, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and establish strong working relationships on-site.
- Understand and implement contract specifics and site procedures.
- Develop Site Logistic and Safety Plans.
- Coordinate preconstruction meetings and weekly safety meetings.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain project schedules and update the Project Manager.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED.
- Extensive construction industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and ComputerEase.
Skills Required :
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving acumen and effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Certificates :
- Valid driver’s license, CPR / AED certification, 30-hour OSHA training.
- LEED AP or training is encouraged.
Work Environment :
- Exposure to various weather conditions and construction site elements.
- Moderate noise levels with occasional need to lift up to 75 pounds.
