Salary Range : $55,000-$75,000 annually
Location : Tarrytown, NY (mobile)

Summary Description : The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatment within the Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program to children / youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families / caregivers.
Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, record maintenance, and collaboration with the team in a trauma-informed, culturally competent manner.
The program is mobile, and sessions occur in the home and community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service and clinical needs.
- Develop treatment plans collaboratively with children, families, and care teams.
- Communicate progress with schools and community providers.
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and supervision sessions.
- Be flexible with working hours as required.
- Practice with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach in alignment with the agency’s mission.
Requirements :
- Licensure by the New York State Education Department as Licensed Clinical / Master Social Worker (LCSW / LMSW)
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Reliability, independence, and confidentiality awareness.
- Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
- Must maintain New York State Defensive Driving certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must maintain pre-employment clearances by applicable regulatory clearances as required.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
Special Considerations : This position requires flexibility with working hours and may involve 24-hour crisis intervention rotation.

- RETENTION BONUS OF $3,000 : To be paid out after 6 months of employment
- Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000, based on departmental budget, qualifications, experience, education, and licenses. This range represents the agency’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
