As a core member of their Private Equity IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure their clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping the company ahead of industry trends.

This position reports to the local Private Equity IT Manager. The company’s IT is a global team of IT professionals that are responsible for the development and support of IT applications.

The candidate will interact closely with PE IT team and business analysts, as well as QA Team and other technical groups and resources within the company.

What you will be doing :

The primary responsibility of this position is to work on the company’s strategic financial application (SunGard Investran) for the private equity business team including :

  • Developing robust, customized solutions using .NET and MS SQL technologies
  • Providing day-to-day application support and maintenance
  • Conduct performance tuning of SQL queries to improve performance

What you must have :

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of IT experience in design and development of web and desktop applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET) with SSRS & SSIS exposure
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience with data structures, data manipulation, design, and programming, debugging using SQL Server
  • Good understanding / experience in working with SunGard Investran system, highly desirable
  • Experience in debugging data related issues in a fast-paced environment for business
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to carry out detailed technical work (development and support)
  • Knowledge of testing cycles, implementation and maintenance
  • Understanding of technical and functional requirement documentation
  • Ability to work under demanding, fast paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity of Agile development methodology and clean, modular coding style
