Role title : Content Creator

Location : Ohio, US with frequent travel

Salary : $40-45k per annum + equity + other benefits

We are a high-growth eCommerce scaleup revolutionizing grocery delivery, combining convenience and sustainability. After significant success in the UK, we’re rapidly scaling in the US, creating a unique opportunity to join as one of the early Content hires.

What You'll Do :

  • Create engaging video and static content for organic social media, paid ads, and our website.
  • Photograph our full product range for e-commerce, ensuring consistent brand style and high-quality imagery.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments at our hub, with our suppliers, and on delivery routes.
  • Write captions that match our brand voice and encourage engagement.
  • Schedule content across social channels using relevant scheduling tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal and campaign-based content.
  • Stay up to date on trends in social media, photography, and video to keep our content fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For :

  • 1+ years of experience in content creation or social media
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, basic photo / video editing software, Google Drive, and social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite).
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and branding.
  • Comfortable shooting both lifestyle and product photography.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – travel to our Rittman hub and local suppliers is part of the role.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Bonus points for : experience in e‑commerce product photography, familiarity with paid social media campaigns, or interest in food / farming / agriculture stories.
