We're looking for our next great Front of House Team Members!
As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the front counter or outside in our drive-thru, maintain cleanliness dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. One thing you will learn is, nothing we do is difficult, but it's a lot to grasp at the beginning.
Because of that, any new team member should be trained in the basic areas and expected to reach proficiency within the first 30 days or less (depending on how many hours are worked, ect.
Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating our model of hospitality.
This role is expected to be outside taking face-to-face orders during all 4 seasons of the year (we always keep safety in mind).
