• OUR CLIENT is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our Real Estate Technical team.
• The Project Coordinator will work closely with other Real Estate team members, MEP associates, General Contractors, Property Owners and project managers.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering technical details per project, vendor management and working remotely with third party vendors.

• The Project Coordinator will manage administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, meeting minutes and team communications.
• This person must be detailed orientated.
• The Project Coordinator candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships, work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
