As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on heavy earthmoving, underground utilities, grading, and paving.

At Muschlitz, we are passionate about building up our region, one project at a time.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Manage and oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.

• Supervise multiple crews on a project, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results.-Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide project execution.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on earthmoving, underground utilities, grading, and paving.
• Strong ability to manage multiple crews effectively and maintain project timelines.-Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
• Committed to safety and fostering a team-oriented work environment.-Proficient with GPS Rover technology.Minimum Requirements : -At least 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
