Key Responsibilities :
- Innovative Product Design : Collaborate with customers to design custom products tailored to their unique specifications and drawings, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
- Manufacturing Excellence : Create precise, detailed manufacturing drawings and release production orders to drive efficiency on the shop floor.
- Sheet Metal Programming : Develop and program sheet metal components for products and release them into manufacturing, ensuring flawless execution.
- Problem Solving & Support : Proactively resolve production challenges and provide technical support to customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Customer Collaboration : Assist customers with new projects by performing calculations and offering expert advice to meet their needs.
- Product Returns & Evaluation : Lead the evaluation of customer returns, analyzing product performance and offering solutions for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree required with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Working knowledge of 2D software and Microsoft Office required
- Two years of related experience preferred
- 3-D Modeling experience using Solid Works software preferred
- Ability to maintain multiple projects at one time
