We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Capability Manager of Enterprise Marketing Technology to help lead to develop the strategic approaches to how we connect and engage with our members and then build out the associated product roadmaps to enable those experiences.
The role requires a holistic understanding of touchpoints, ability to drive core initiatives, and ability to become well versed in respective product space You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities and deliver measurable results.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the integration of marketing technology systems with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility
- Develop the plan and lead the implementation program in partnership with marketing and IT including evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing technology platforms and tools
- Guide day to day governance approach, policies, and execution in partnership with the lines of business to ensure that all texting initiatives are approved strategically and are following the standard company approved platform architecture and guidelines for using phone numbers and consents to ensure compliance with TCPA and TCIA laws
- Develop partnerships with LOB, Clinical and Operational partners to streamline processes for gathering of mobile phones and text consents
- Develop visually appealing and digestible process documents and channel guidelines, providing users with a full-circle experience
- Develop presentations and host quarterly readouts providing partners with insights, roadmap updates, and status updates on initiatives
- Ensure connections between execution conversations and product roadmap are being made so that any development needed to support campaign delivery or platform enhancements are on product roadmap
- Help to evaluate texting vendors to ensure compliance with CTIA, TCPA, and enterprise standards, providing members with a seamless and valuable experience
- Drives strategy for significantly increasing number of mobile phone numbers and consents and help guide team in executing ideas
- Seeks to improve on process for executing and reporting on campaigns to ensure can get new campaigns out the door within short time frame and to ensure we have solid reporting
- Brings forward ideas on when text is the best channel and when it isn't and advises partners on how to improve on their initiatives for maximum success
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance, to align technology initiatives with broader organizational goals and provide periodic updates on the roadmap / initiatives
- Monitor capability health and drive community of practice / center of excellence
- Manage capability budgets and contracts including product standards & governance

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with demonstrated accomplishments delivering product features / capabilities in an agile environment
- 4+ years of experience within channel marketing or channel governance
- 4+ years of experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget
- 2+ years of experience in SMS (Text) channel strategy
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
- Demonstrated strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

- Adobe Certified Expert
- Agile certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Eloqua Certified Implementation Professional

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C. Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
