Job Title : Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance experience)
Work Location : San Diego, CA (Hybrid - Onsite)
Primary Skills (Must have) :
- Minimum 7 years of P&C Insurance business analyst experience.
- Strong exposure in commercial lines Inland Marine, Umbrella, Auto, General Liability and Property.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Policy lifecycle and claims.
- SQL creation and execution of simple and complex queries based on understanding of policy OR claims databases policy system OR claim system tables and their relationships.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology is must.
- Experience in translating requirements into use cases with proficiency in building documenting acceptance criteria.
- Exposure in working with development and testing teams to perform requirement walkthroughs explaining expectations managing requirement changes and validating the solution product based on acceptance criteria.
- Requirements Gathering and Elicitation BRD FRD FRS etc.
- Requirement Analysis and Modeling Workflow Diagrams
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
- Problem Solving Decision Making
- Ability to work independently.
Secondary Skills (Nice to have) :
Experience into Product Configuration of any COTS products.
