• Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care, taking into account population-specific characteristics.- Partner with patients and significant others to focus on patients' goals within the care plan.
• Ensure safety and quality in patient care delivery and documentation while maintaining a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
