HVAC Service Technicians are paid hourly plus commission. A $1,500.00 signing bonus is available based on experience.

What you will do :
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
- Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
Who you are :
- 3-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical / trade school
- Valid drivers license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
