Job Description :
The Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ACCESS Service Call Center. The candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in ADA paratransit or a related industry.
Strong managerial and training experience with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Call Center supervision of ten (10) or more call center agents is required.
Expertise in Call Center reporting, knowledge of standard call center metrics, and the ability to perform statistical analysis to diagnose call center and agency performance is also required.
