Compensation : $160,000+
Position : Director of Revenue Management 8301
Our client, a specialized retail chain, is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join their corporate team located in Bergen County.
This position is responsible for driving the overall revenue growth and profitability of the retail company. This role involves developing and executing pricing strategies, analyzing sales data, and optimizing product assortment to maximize revenue.
The Director will work closely with the finance, sales, and marketing teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and implement promotional strategies.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue management, data analysis, and a deep understanding of retail market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to forecast demand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inventory levels and product assortment
- Monitor and adjust promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue
- Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue management team
- Report on key revenue metrics and present findings to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of revenue management or pricing experience or related, with 5+ years in the retail or wholesale industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective pricing strategies that enhance revenue growth and expand margins
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and forecasting
- Excellent communication and proven leadership abilities
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
