About The Position
Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology (X-ray / CT) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 40 hours per week, 8-hour night shifts Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Prior experience in CT is required, but CT certification is not necessary.
License : Appropriate state license or certification Certifications : Not required, but experience in CT is needed. Must-Have : Ability to respond to on-call requirements within 15 minutes;
experience in both X-ray and CT. Job Description : Perform radiologic procedures, focusing on both X-ray and CT.- Maintain a 50 / 50 ratio of X-ray and CT procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.- Handle equipment with care and follow established protocols.- Assist in troubleshooting and reporting equipment malfunctions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. Additional Considerations : Candidates are encouraged to research housing options early due to limited availability in the area.
