Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize software applications through builds, upgrades, and enhancements
Perform workflow assessments and develop system test plans for software testing
Provide daily on-call support and manage communication regarding software issues and enhancements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
Experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree is acceptable
No specific certification or licensure requirements
5 to 7 years of relevant experience required
