Job Description :
- Attend to labor and delivery, providing compassionate and professional care to mothers and newborns.
- Manage postpartum care, ensuring the well-being of both mothers and infants.
- Utilize EMR systems, specifically Epic and PeriGen, for documenting patient care.
- Comply with hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain updated certifications and adhere to best practices in labor and delivery nursing.
- Provide holiday coverage as required to meet the needs of the unit.
- Adhere to hospital policy regarding proximity rules for travelers.
