GEE Group is currently seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated systems to enhance our clients manufacturing processes.

This role involves technical work, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Create RFQs, cost estimates, and equipment specifications.
  • Maintain robots, PLCs, HMIs, and vision sensors.
  • Design and support automated inspection and assembly fixtures.
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality teams.
  • Create and maintain work instructions and specifications.
  • Analyze data to identify and validate improvements.

Desired Education / Training :

  • Experience with FANUC, MOTOMAN, and / or ABB robots.
  • Offline programming with Fanuc Roboguide and / or MotoSim.
  • Experience with robotic water jet cells.
  • PLC programming, primarily Allen Bradley.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S.
