About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Surgical Technologist - Cardiac Surgery - Travel - (Surg Tech)

StartDate : 8 / 12 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1568.05 - $1728.05

11 OR suites. Unit sees X-lif, A-lif, Decompression, ACDF, Craniotomy, Robotic surgery (thoracic, general, gyn and urology), Ortho Trauma, total joints (Mako Robot), general open and laparoscopic surgery.

170 bed Level 2 Trauma center using Meditech charting. Facility is located 20 miles north of Austin. The hospital received received the Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence from Healthgrades and also earned a national distinction for patient safety from The Leapfrog Group.

Required Qualifications

1. Perm TX or Compact RN license

2. General surgery, orthopedic and neuro surgery experience

3. ACLS, BLS

Preferred Qualifications

Trauma surgery experience

Vascular surgery exp
