Position Description

The Executive Assistant (EA) in the Office of the CEO of the Soccer Federation ensures the smooth administrative operations of the CEO's office.

Reporting to the Director of Executive Operations, the EA provides administrative support, coordinates the CEO's schedule, facilitates communication, and liaises with stakeholders

Primary Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Travel Management : Proactively coordinate the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the highest and best use of the CEO’s time.
  • Communication : Handle incoming communications, draft, review, and edit CEO’s correspondence.
  • Project Management : Assist with special projects, research, analysis, and track progress.
  • Liaison Role : Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination : Plan and execute logistics for events and meetings attended by the CEO.
  • Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Asana and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sports or related fields is a plus.
