Job Description
The Hanwha Vision Market Development Specialist is responsible for driving and advancing vendor, technology and category strategies, programs, solutions and trainings with customers and sale associates within North America.
The Hanwha Vision Market Development Specialist develops and maintains a detailed understanding of their assigned vendor technologies and category segments.
The specialist serves as a liaison between ADI, Hanwha Vision, and serves as an overlay into ADI Sale's organization. This position is not eligible for US Visa sponsorship.
JOB DUTIES :
- Market development specialist to drive an increase in sales on Hanwha product line and applications, measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Representation as sales contact and inside specialist.
- Dedicated to the strategic growth of Hanwha's business.
- Execute and communicate Hanwha STEP partner program.
- Target customer base not reached by Hanwha sales organization using data analytics tools provided.
- Provide support for Hanwha sales teams.
- Focus on incremental growth in key markets, regions, product categories.
- Support Hanwha at trade shows and customer events, as needed.
- Communicate and support registration programs.
- Ability to utilize end user data to provide more targeted focus for enablement and demand generation.
- Utilize reporting to drive efforts (including refresh, slippage attack, loyalty, etc).
- Extensive product knowledge to assist in selling even the most complex solutions.
- Identify and execute lead opportunities, measured by Key Performance Indicators.
- Liaison to support Marketing, Inventory, Purchasing, Claims, Account Payable activities.
- Assist when needed with vendor set up parts, pricing, promo, etc.
- Development and management of annual business plan.
- Category Management Team collaboration on programs, campaigns, sales incentives, and gathering Return on Investment information.
- Work directly with Hanwha to provide "Demand Attack" areas.
- Direct communication link between Hanwha field sales teams and ADI.
Available ROI Measurements :
- Customer Count - Month over Month (MoM), Quarter over Quarter (QoQ), Year over Year (YoY).
- Revenue growth - Achieve YoY Targets.
- New market penetration - New Customer Acquisition.
- Lead management - Sales Engagement - Increase YoY Project Registrations.
- Management by Objective (MBO) plans to accomplish mutual sales interests, to be agreed upon once hired.
- Weekly activity reporting provided to Hanwha and participation in QBR's with Hanwha and ADI leadership.
MUST HAVES :
- 3+years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Account Management 2+ years.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outbound calling experience.
- Microsoft Office - Proficient.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.

- The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $75,000 to $143,510 per year but varies by specific work location.
Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
