The Ideal Candidate has the following Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in all aspects of electrical construction
- Ability to understand and manage budgets and schedules effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of the flow of construction projects
- Familiarity with construction accounting and B2B sales cycles
- Strong customer focus with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work both in the office and on-site
- Experience in meeting with clients and internal team members
- Proven ability to plan and execute construction activities
- Skill in material procurement and management
- Track record of managing costs against budgets
- Capacity to drive projects forward while managing crew workloads
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
