An upscale café & bar in Tribeca (NYC) seeks an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our talented team.
We are an upscale café & bar that operates as a coffee shop, transitioning into a cocktail bar as evening falls. This makes us an ideal spot and one of the most sought-after reservations in town.
The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player.

Compensation :
- Starting at $45 hourly
- $85-95K annually
- Paid sick days
- Quarterly bonus pay based on incentive metrics

Must have experience :
- 2 years of prior restaurant management experience
- 4+ years of previous experience working in a restaurant
- Ordering & receiving, inventory
- Inventory management
- Staff education, training, and motivation
- Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
- Payroll (Paychex)
- Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels to maintain customer service levels)
- Managing 5-10 people
- Square POS and Open Table
- Instagram, Time Out New York, Downtown Alliance, and Local Outreach
