As a Caregiver we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences.

On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Caregiver : $17.50 - $18.50 / hour

This position is a dual role. Primary function as a Caregiver and back-up Med Tech.

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver for Emerald Valley :

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
