Job Description :

As an HVAC Professional at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, you'll play a vital role in delivering superior service to our customers while performing repairs and installations with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Provide superior service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Complete HVAC repairs and installations with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Uphold high standards of honesty, reliability, and professionalism.

Qualifications :

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with HVAC industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Salary :

Depending on experience, our average technician makes between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually.
