The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cosmetics production and a passion for delivering exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure production targets are met.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize productivity.
- Monitor production processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production team members.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate production activities.
- Prepare reports on production performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cosmetics production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in cosmetics production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
