Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Plumber with extensive experience in the service and repair of commercial plumbing systems.
This role involves working in various commercial buildings, including schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, and hotels.
The ideal candidate will have over ten years of hands-on experience in the commercial plumbing industry and a stable work history.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive service and repair on plumbing systems in various commercial settings.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with building maintenance teams to ensure the optimal operation of plumbing systems.
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work performed.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience.
- Proven experience working in the service and repair department in commercial buildings such as schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, and hotels.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical service plumbing practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by the state of Arizona.
- Local and stable work history in the Phoenix area.
