Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead their projects / events from initiation to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for ensuring projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
This role requires a strategic thinker who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage projects and ensure that project scope is well-defined and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including project team management, vendor management, and conflict resolution.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project deliverables.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer requirements and are delivered to the expected quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience working with project management tools
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to travel about 4-7 times per year
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks proactively.
