Customer Service Transportation Agent
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3 : 30 pm
Pay Rate : $17.00
Location : Morrow
Experience : 1 -3 years
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities :
This company is looking for a motivated individual to join their Customer Service team. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting their clients and team.
Responsibilities
Communicate shipment updates with customers via phone and email
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Assist with transportation needs and requests
Tracking and tracking of daily shipments
Gathering shipment charges and entering into the appropriate accounting fields
Account management
Qualifications :
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
