The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions is responsible for leading the Digital Solutions business of the Integrity Management & Digital Solutions (IMDS) business segment and delivering the business results.
This role will manage all aspects of the business and is ultimately accountable for Oceaneering’s return on investment in this industry changing initiative and any future digital services initiatives.
Success will require :
- Implementation and execution of Digital Services business strategy.
- Integration of existing products into the strategy and execution.
- Development of adjacent transformative products and services.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, execute and continually refine the Digital Services Business plan and strategy.
- Lead and grow the Digital Solutions P&L.
- Craft and implement a go to market strategy that demonstrates value and creates a reputation for innovation and execution.
- Be the driver of problem solving and decisive decision making.
- Ensure profitable execution and maximizing of Oceaneering investment.
- Enable OII to successfully grow and diversify the revenue line.
- Develop, implement, and continually improve the performance measurement framework.
- Empower teams to understand deliverables and to take responsibility for delivery of those goals.
- Inform the executive team of progress, roadblocks, and changes to plan to ensure rapid decision making.
- Refine and improve the strategy and execution based on market feedback and customer interactions.
- Lead by example and generate a culture of energy, passion, and delivery.
- Utilize professional network to grow the customer base.
- Utilize professional network to partner with key players for channel sales and dual value creation.
- Engagement with customer base and target market to enable credible communication of the value proposition.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in oil and gas industry leading technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience dealing with Technologies in satellite telecommunications, Subsea Robotic Systems, OT networking services or SaaS.
- 3+ years of C-Suite engagement is required.
DESIRED
- Master's in business administration degree is preferred.
- Strong global network at all levels across the industry
