Responsibilities :
Analyze legal data, identify patterns, and extract meaningful conclusion to support legal or business strategies and decision-making.
Develop data preparation, sample design, identify appropriate analytic and statistical methodology, and document process and results.
Analyze and model structured data using advanced statistical methods, and implement software / algorithms to perform analysis.
Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the company to create and implement a data strategy for the department.
Create intuitive and impactful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that monitor and compare key performance indicators
Strong knowledge of data visualization, information communication and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Qualifications :
Experience working with large datasets
Well organized with good verbal and written communication skills
4-year degree in Information Systems or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, reporting and visualization
Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, develop, lead, and execute projects, especially in an agile development environment
Preferred Corporate legal department or law firm experience
Preferred experience managing team of data scientists
Location :
This is a hybrid role, on-site 3 days per week at Chevy Chase, MD or New York, NY. Additional offices being considered.

Annual Salary
$143,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
