The impact you will have in this role :

Being a member of the Enterprise DevSecOps (EDSO) team the IT Business Management Product Manager will work with DevSecOps product management team and assist them in owning the product lifecycle from launch, entry into the service catalog, marketing, rollout and adoption, demand and roadmap planning, product updates, and work closely with the Engineering and Operational teams to ensure focus on product service quality.

The Product Manager will also work with Product Owners, their squads and extended tribe members within the DSO agile model.

The EDSO Product Management function Provides Strategic Planning, customer engagement and continuous improvement of tools, processes, and services to advance DSO capabilities.

This role will focus on design, build, maintain and support of a new resiliency platform in EDSO for its customers.

The Enterprise DevSecOps (EDSO) team Designs, builds, maintains, and supports software and platforms in service of IT Software Delivery, Operational and Resiliency Programs.

The role of EDSO is to enable the broader organization to operate using DevSecOps and automation principles by providing a combination of platform, process, and culture direction.

Your Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage demand and roadmap priority by collecting requirements and feedback from business, client, and technology users, and reviewing through a demand forum with key partners.
  • Work with engineering teams, architecture, and SME teams to define product improvements for inclusion in the roadmap.
  • Publish the product / service roadmap.
  • Ensure services evolve to best support the IT Strategy and needs of the clients.
  • Provide regular communications to the wider DTCC community.
  • Produce documentation and client facing collateral, and actively promote understanding of the service capabilities.
  • Coordinate and prioritize with platform owners on product release of new services.
  • Work with Engineering teams to ensure services are underpinned by a library of design blueprints with full lifecycle management and align with security baselines.
  • Develop and lead metrics reports on usage of resources, service trends, capacity, etc.
  • Proactively lead related risk controls gaps and opportunities to improve.
  • Track and action trends, competitive threats, and self-service opportunities to expand the product.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success :

  • 7+ years' experience developing enterprise business applications and / or in technology roles with delivery responsibilities.
  • Direct experience with DevSecOps tooling.
  • Direct experience in a financial services environment.
  • Direct experience in technology-based services.
  • Experience working with project partners in an agile environment.
  • Working experience in security compliance, test automation, and infrastructure services. Experience of engaging executives and other partners to support meaningful business decisions.
  • Familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and agile software delivery.
  • Builds strong working relationships, able to work across an organization.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented problem solver, highly structured, and well-organized.
  • Demonstrate understanding of project and product management processes and procedures. Able to acquire new knowledge quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical and collaborative environment.
  • Distributed development experience.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
