Purpose : To provide administrative assistance within the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies.

Responsibilities :

• General office support including, but not limited to, assistance with mailings, catering and event preparation, ordering supplies, inventory and file scanning project.
• Collect, sort, distribute and post inner campus and US mail daily, including packages.
• Assist various staff with administrative duties, including, but not limited to, accounting, communications, grants, and website updates.
