We are looking for a Project Manager who will drive strategy and planning for the business application solution area, focusing on FY25 planning and supporting ongoing H2 initiatives.

The role will consist of Strategy and planning sessions for FY25 and ongoing H2 initiatives. This is a part time opportunity!

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
  • Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Years of Experience Required : 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required : relevant degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Best vs. Average : The ideal resume would contain proven experience in strategic planning and project management, familiarity with GDPR compliance, strong delegation and communication skills, whereas average resume would show basic understanding of strategic planning concepts, ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
  • Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 8-10 years Project Management - Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.

8-10 years High Level Communication - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly is crucial for effective collaboration within the team and when interfacing with external stakeholders.

8-10 years Reporting and Data - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making.

This includes a strong understanding of reporting tools, data visualization techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $62.00 to $68.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
