- This job must be performed 100% on-site in the Raleigh - Durham area.
- Executive leadership experience is main criteria - polished leadership presence.
- Develop system architectures and manage electrical subsystems.
- Conduct experiments and perform electrical testing.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to product specifications.
- Collaborate on technology roadmaps and prototype builds.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain product documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of electrical system design experience.
- Proficient in circuit design, component selection, and PCB layout.
- Experienced with high voltage lithium-ion battery systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small organization.
