Preferred Qualifications
- Program Management Expertise : Proficiency in leading large-scale programs involving significant resources. Adept at project planning, execution, and delivery within a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency : Strong background in enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM (Enovia / Teamcenter / Windchill), and Snowflake is required.
Familiarity with CRM systems like SAP CRM, ServiceNow, and ServiceMax, as well as technical platforms like ABAP, BTP, SAP PI / PO, and BI tools, would be valuable.
- Requires SQL for data warehouse work and Python (and / or R) for development of machine learning functions. Experience with survival analysis for reliability and actuarial methods for risk analysis is desirable.
- Industry Insight : While not required, familiarity with Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or similar industries would be helpful.
Understanding the specific service processes within these sectors would enable the candidate to tailor solutions effectively.
- Building meaningful business reports and workflows that will improve business outcomes.

- Collaborative Approach : The ideal candidate should be a strong collaborator, capable of working closely with multi-functional teams, business process owners, and executives to drive projects forward and achieve organizational goals.
- Lead projects with a collaborative effort among members of cross-functional teams. Build and maintain Project Plans, Plans of Record, and drive activities to successful conclusion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Level Degree and proven experience of 7 years
- Masters Level Degree and proven 3-5 years of experience
