POSITION SUMMARY The Cashier is responsible for welcoming guests, helping them navigate the ordering process, ensuring their orders are complete and correct, and accepting payment.

- Welcome guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting when they approach the counter.
- Pay careful attention to guests to ensure that they understand the menu, how to order to ensure they are satisfied with their meal, and answer any questions they may have.
- Monitor the order and if there are missing items such as drinks, or fries, ask the guest whether they would like to order those items, so they don’t forget an item and need to return to wait in line.
- Ensure the guests verify their orders on the ordering screen at the counter before processing payment.
- Accept and process payment accurately, always ensuring to thank the guests and provide direction on where to pick up their meal.
- Learn about the menu and answer guests’ questions accurately and be able to make a recommendation of your own favorites or frequently ordered items.
- Other related responsibilities.
