All American Plumbing Heating & Air began as a one-man operation in 2001, founded by Lamont Goldstein, and was runout in his home.
What immediately made our company different is Lamonts commitment to customers and the understanding that to be a caring and responsible service company, you must be available whenever the client needs you, no matter what time of the day or on what holiday an emergency might occur.
In a few short years, we grew to a team of five service professionals, with humble beginnings. Today, we are a team of fifteen and growing.

Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Below are the other essential job duties of this position :
- Learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
- Perform outbound calling to existing Club Member client base
Job requirements
- Enjoy talking with people and like to assist them with their concerns
- Pleasant phone voice and a good sense of humor
- Enjoy working alongside a team
- Able to pass aBackground check
- Bilingual a Plus
- 1-2 years of relevant customer serviceexperience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Customer Service Training is provided
