SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team in New Jersey .
The clinics are in : Morriston, NJ and Pennington, NJ .
Our client provides clinical neuropsychological and psychological services to adults and children, focusing on Workers Compensation, auto accident cases and children with ADHD, Autism Spectrum and Learning Disorders as well as working in the broad area of behavioral medicine.
This is an onsite position with the opportunity for a hybrid role! Relocation candidates are welcome to apply. Pay range dependent on experience and licensure.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work required, accredited by CSWE. Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the NJ State Board of Social Work Examiners.
- Skilled using therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT and EMDR
- Experience working on court ordered psychotherapy in family court cases
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Responsibilities
- Record review and summarization and report writing / editing of forensic mental health cases in the civil, criminal, fitness for duty and family law arenas
- Complete clinical / forensic interviewing
- Carry a psychotherapy caseload in clinical treatment program encompassing behavioral medicine and trauma therapy

An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
