We are seeking an Experience Project Estimator to join our team!

We have a small office team in Glendale and would like an experienced Estimator to add to the team. We have an in-house Estimating assistant that will provide the project Take Offs.
You will be responsible for :
Responsibilities :
- finding projects to bid
- Line out Estimating Assistant on which plans to take off
- Executing bids and submitting them
- following up on leads, bids, and clients
- Helping Plan and implement projects with Superintendent
- Project Managment with team
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Work with team determine projects billings are accurate monthly
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as an estimator in related field
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
